Did you know that The Gift Designers always calls ahead before delivering your gift?

We do this for a variety of reasons:

• The first is to ensure that we’ve been provided the correct address. When we call the recipient we confirm the address that is best and arrange a preferred delivery day and time.
• The second reason is to ensure that your gift is received in perfect condition. Some items are temperature fragile and cannot be left on a front step unattended. Designs with alcohol must be signed for by a recipient 18 years or older.
• The third reason is to save you costs that could be incurred with multiple delivery attempts. This also maximizes our courier’s efficiency during deliveries.

We’ve been asked if these delivery arrangements ruin the surprise element of the gift. While the delivery won’t be a surprise we do leave your information out during delivery arrangements. So the gift contents and the giver will still be a pleasant and surprise experience for your recipient! Plus, they now get to anticipate their gift while they wait for delivery!
